What is it?
We are running a map based Kings of War campaign, and this is a small website to keep track of the out-of-game stuff and record what happens during the campaign. Its capped at nine players, and will play out week by week over the next few months until one players gathers the essences required to open the Enclave doors. The rules governing the tournament are available below.
Where is it?
Games will hopefully be played during out weekly meetups at the Hobby Den (www.thehobbyden.com) in Kildare, and all the out-of-game stuff will be coordinated via Facebook, Messenger and catalogued on this site.

Campaign Log
Update - June 19th

The first round of the Kings of War campaign came to a bloody conclusion on Friday night.

The northern and western cities remained quiet, with no sign of armies emerging from Darren, Dawid or Toms garrisons - perhaps oblivious to the danger surely approaching.

Andy's Ogres and Gary's Dwarves forged an alliance, and sent parties to each others cities, freely exchanging access to their citie's fonts with each other - Andy gaining a blue essence, and Gary gaining a red essence. Both armies reportedly took part in some wargame exercises, suffering no real losses other than the Ogres wounded pride.

Colin's Undead raiding band invaded Rob's city, while Rob returned the favour by raiding Colin's city. Despite facing a hefty defensive force, Colin managed to seize victory, guaranteeing him a bronze essence when he extracts it from Robs font during the first turn of the next round. Rob took advantage of Colins smaller defensive force to raid the font there, coming away with a purple essence from Colins font. Both Colin and Robs armies suffered some scale of losses, the full extent of which are yet to be seen.

One question remains - why did Colin leave his city defenses so lax? Maybe the news of an undead raiding party activating the ancient amber font in the abandoned city of Basnarl holds the answer - it would appear that Colin almost now has three essences in his possession....
